In our execution, we embark on a journey where aesthetics meet functionality, transforming the apartment’s identity into a cozy home. Set within a charming house built in 1901, the space carries its own history, which we carefully honor while updating it for modern living. With a seamless blend of our expertise and the client's trust, our service guides the apartment’s transformation through a process consisting of:
Provided two furniture layout options and a 3D sketch of the selected plan
Curated a list of furniture, lighting, and plumbing schema with shopping list
Created a mood board with selected materials and color palette with shopping list
Prepared a detailed drawing package for construction workers and a 3D animation
This project was completed in three weeks. The renovation took two months, and just one week after listing, the apartment welcomed its happy tenants.
