This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta. By entering, you release Instagram/Meta from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

2) Giveaway period

The giveaway runs from [insert start date/time] until 06 January 2026, 18:59 CET.
The LIVE draw takes place on 06 January 2026 at 19:00 CET on Instagram.

3) Eligibility (worldwide)

• Open to participants worldwide, 18+ (or the legal adult age in your country, if higher).

• Void where prohibited by local law.

• Employees/contractors of Rentestry OÜ and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4) How to enter (no purchase necessary)

To enter during the giveaway period:

1. Follow @rentestry on Instagram

2. Like the giveaway post

3. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @rentestry

Private accounts: If your profile is private and we can’t verify your Story, you may either temporarily switch to public or send a screenshot of your Story share via Instagram DM to @rentestry.

One entry per person. Multiple accounts or manipulation attempts may result in disqualification.

5) Prizes (3 winners)

Three winners will receive one prize each:

No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

6) Shipping (worldwide where possible)

We ship worldwide where possible. Winners are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
If shipping to a winner’s location is not possible due to restrictions, logistics, or disproportionate cost, we may provide an equivalent replacement prize of similar value.

7) Winner selection & LIVE announcement

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries and announced during the LIVE draw on 06 January 2026 at 19:00 CET.

In the LIVE, we will announce only the winner’s Instagram handle (e.g., @username).

8) Winner contact & claim process

Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and must complete a winner-only form on our website to provide delivery details (e.g., name, shipping address, and email if needed for delivery coordination) within 7 days.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9) Disqualification

We may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by bots, or violate these Terms, Instagram rules, or applicable law.

10) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentestry OÜ is not liable for technical issues (Instagram outages, network failures), lost/late entries, or shipping delays/damage caused by carriers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11) Changes or cancellation

We may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Updates will be communicated via our Instagram and/or website.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.

1) What data we process

For all participants (via Instagram):

• Instagram handle/username

• Public interaction data related to the giveaway (follow/like/story tag verification)

• If you send proof due to a private account: a screenshot of your Story share (verification only)

For winners (winner-only website form):

• Name and shipping address

• Email address (only if needed for delivery coordination)

• Any other information you voluntarily provide that is necessary to ship the prize

2) Why we process it

To verify participation, select winners, announce winners, prevent fraud, and deliver prizes.

3) Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract / steps at your request (participation and prize delivery)

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests (verification, fraud prevention, documenting proper administration)

4) Who receives the data

• Shipping/logistics providers (winners only, to deliver prizes)

• Website hosting/form providers (processors) used to operate the winner form
  We do not sell participant data.

5) International transfers

Data may be processed or transferred internationally where necessary (e.g., shipping outside the EEA). Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

6) Retention

• Participant data (non-winners) is deleted within 30 days after the giveaway ends.

• Story screenshots (if provided for verification) are deleted after verification and no later than 30 days after the giveaway ends.

• Winner data is deleted within 30 days after prize delivery, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

7) Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with your local authority or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
