This project is a vivid example of how a standard budget apartment offered by a developer can be transformed into a cozy home. Without replanning or major renovations, but with thoughtful functionality, well-defined zones, and carefully chosen colors, we achieved a completely new atmosphere. Through productive collaboration and the client’s trust, this beauty came to life.
Provided two furniture layout options and a 3D sketch of the selected plan
Curated a list of furniture, lighting, and plumbing schema with shopping list
Created a mood board with selected materials and color palette with shopping list
Prepared a detailed drawing package for construction workers and a 3D animation
This project was completed in three weeks. The renovation took three months, and just two weeks after listing, the apartment welcomed its happy tenants.
