Bright and airy, this one-bedroom apartment in a new building was designed from the start with rental in mind. Thoughtfully planned storage solutions, an open kitchen, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet were seamlessly integrated into 48 m². Within this project, we delivered:
Two furniture layout options and a 3D sketch of the selected plan
Curated a list of furniture, kitchen design with configuration, lighting, plumbing schema and décor selection with shopping list
Created a mood board with selected materials and color palette with shopping list
Prepared a detailed drawing package and and provided online construction support
This project was completed in three weeks. The renovation took two months, and two weeks after listing, the apartment welcomed its happy tenants.
